What is Florrid?
Florrid is a crowdfunding platform that lets you invest in real estate-backed projects from €100. We were born with the ambition to give every investor the ability to geographically diversify their portfolio and take advantage of the benefits of different markets. That's why, from day one, we've operated in two markets - Lithuania and Poland.
Our goal
We believe investing shouldn't be complicated or reserved only for finance experts. Florrid was built by a team of professionals with years of experience in investing and real estate - people who understand what investors expect and know what's truly needed. That's why we created a platform where everyone can start simply and clearly.

13 years of work experience in finance, investment and crowdfunding. Accumulated knowledge of investment management, the real estate sector and business financing.
